"Bullies push their victims to suicide"

Caroline Alphonso writes "Bullies push their victims to suicide" for "The Globe and Mail". Caroline Alphonso notes that school harassment is a matter of life and death. Dawn-Marie Wesley who, at the age of 14, was being bullied by "the toughest girls" in the school. In her suicide note she said that if she tries to get help it will get worse. Dawn-Marie`s younger brother found her in their Mission, B.C.,home, just east of Vancouver. She hung herself with a dog leash. Children mimic adult by saying what they say like speech laced with swears. Dawn-Marie killed herself on Nov.10 . Researchers are now saying that children harassing each other is getting more extremeacross the country.
